At CoSculpt we use effective assessment tools to help leaders identify, affirm and understand their strengths and areas of development. This multifaceted perspective forms the foundation for targeted development strategies, allowing the leader to tailor her/his leadership journey based on real, actionable feedback. Often leaders are confused about which assessment tool they need. The CoSculpt team uses a thorough process to ensure the assessment offered is in line with organizations’ goals culture, and the specific needs of its leaders. The 5-step structured CARE(I) approach handholds the client through the process:

This involves identifying the target audience for leadership development, including their current skill levels, strengths, weaknesses, and developmental needs. Also reviews the leadership levels (e.g., senior executives, mid-level managers, frontline supervisors) and any specific challenges or opportunities they face.

Review Existing Resources

Evaluation of any existing assessment tools or programs the organization has used in the past. Assessing their effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with current objectives. Determine if any adjustments or additions are needed to avoid overlaps.

Engaging Stakeholders

Engaging Stakeholders

Discussions with key stakeholders explaining the relevance of assessment tools including psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback instruments, personality assessments, leadership simulations, and competency-based assessments, to propose the most impactful and fit-for-purpose tool.

Implementation Plan

Implementation Plan

Work with the leadership team / HR to co-create the implementation plan, factoring any parallel development initiatives - impact, timeline, resource etc., including communication strategies, administrator training if required, and guidelines for the complete assessment process.
