A coaching relationship is one built on trust, respect and ownership. A key competency of a Coach, as per the stipulated ICF – Coach Competencies, is to build rapport and establish a safe and comfortable ground for the client relationship. At CoSculpt we begin the coaching journey with a “chemistry meet”. This allows our Client time to understand the Coaching process and get comfortable with the Coaching partner.

Contract

Once comfortable to start the journey, we provide our clients with a Contract that ensures the client is clear of the engagement – the process, the timelines, fees, confidentiality, client’s goal, outcomes and measures of success.
