The Systemic Leader Paradigm

Organizations are living, breathing creatures; each with its unique shape, size, culture. They evolve, they grow; they pace, they go slow. They react and respond, they create and carve. All in a VUCA world that’s ever changing and ever challenging.

In yester years the leaders of these living, breathing organisms were expected to be the super heroes; spurring away like a knight in shining armor! That was when the world was hierarchical, caught in boxes, trimmed in roles, cast under the spell of individual survival.

The systemic Leader has a high level of emotional intelligence coupled with social intelligence and a keen awareness of relationship interdependence. The evolution of the leader from self, to integration with “otherness” and assimilation of the world view is the journey of the systemic leader.
